Intro To Parenting A Child With ADHD Group in Oregon
Are you overwhelmed by your child’s diagnosis of ADHD? This workshop—an overview of parenting a child (3-17) with ADHD—is for you!
Group Overview:
The topics we’ll cover include:
• What is ADHD?
• How is the ADHD brain different?
• What are the treatment options, including lifestyle changes?
• Working with the education system/teachers (and guidance for distance learning)
• Parenting a child with ADHD
Participants will receive helpful resources and guidance to begin this journey with their child, along with the opportunity to ask questions in a supportive environment.
Participants: Parents or guardians of children (3-17 years old) with ADHD
When: Virtual sessions on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m., starting January 6 and lasting through February 10, 2026
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Oregon
